Nexcom Consulting Group Completes Acquisition of Diversified Electronics - Charlotte Division
CHARLOTTE, NC (May 19, 2008)—Nexcom Consulting Group & Companies announced today the completion of its acquisition of Diversified Electronics Inc. – Charlotte Division. The transaction was finalized on Thursday, May 15, 2008. As a result of the acquisition, Nexcom has further expanded its reach into the Charlotte business technology market.
The combination of Nexcom Consulting Group and Diversified Electronics companies brings together two of Charlottes most dynamic wireless services, business process application development and IT management brands. This acquisition accelerates Nexcom’s strategic initiative to advance powerful business technologies based on Mobile Integration and Business Process Management.
