Michael Johnson Hosts Seminar at Century 21 Palmetto Homes in Lake Wylie

FORT MILL, SC (August 1, 2008)– Michael Johnson, of Michael Johnson and Associates, Attorneys at Law, hosted a “Lunch and Learn” seminar for real estate agents at Century 21 Palmetto Homes in Lake Wylie on August 5 at noon.

The seminar, “Systems and Processes of a Smoother, Quicker Closing,” provided tips to a good real estate closing. Michael Johnson also emphasized the importance of building a relationship with your real estate attorney to help avoid problems that may occur during the closing process.
