Michael Johnson Hosts Seminar at Re/Max Executive Realty in Fort Mill

Fort Mill, SC (October 23, 2008) – Michael Johnson, of Michael Johnson and Associates, Attorneys at Law, hosted a “Lunch and Learn” seminar for real estate agents at Re/Max Executive Realty in Fort Mill on October 9 at noon.

The seminar, “Recent Legal Trends and the Impact on Realtors,” informed agents about the recent legal trends and provided updates on various court cases regarding real estate transactions. Michael discussed how these trends affect agents, and what they should do to avoid liability problems.

“The seminar was very helpful to the agents,” said Michelle Daniels of Re/Max Executive Realty, who attended this free seminar. “Michael gave us updates on court cases that took place this year regarding real estate transactions.  This information was very helpful so I do not make the same mistakes in my career.  I always like to hear about court cases and the outcome, so that I can learn and be a more efficient agent for my clients.”
