Ludemann Custom Homes Builds Award-Winning Home

Charlotte, NC (May 27, 2008)—A newly constructed estate home, built by Ludemann Custom Homes, division of Ludemann Group, recently received two Parade of Homes awards from the Home Builders Association of Charlotte: Gold Award for homes between $1,849,000 and $2,198,000, and the Best Feature Award for their custom built fireplace. The home is located at 13937 Rhone Valley Drive in South Charlotte and also serves as the Sales Center for Montreux Estates.
