Ludemann Group Raises the Bar in Green Building at Montreux Old World Estates

Charlotte, NC (April 23, 2008)—Ludemann Groups custom home division has completed the construction of its 6,646 heated square feet French Country model home, known as the Sales Center, on lot 3 of Montreux Old World Estates, a luxury home community in South Charlotte. Fully equipped with cutting-edge Icynene spray-on foam insulation, the Sales Center will be on display for one year.

Icynene spray-on foam insulation prevents outdoor pollutants and allergens from entering homes. It provides quality air-sealing control that secures insulation with an air leakage rating of less than 0.1 ACHnat, exceeding standard insulation with an average air leakage rating of 0.55 ACHnat. With these capabilities, Icynene can decrease a homes energy consumption by half.
