Troy Ludemann Encourages Environmentally-Sensitive Land Development Projects

Charlotte, NC (March 4, 2008)—Troy Ludemann, owner of Ludemann Group, emphasizes the importance in Green building and living by minimizing environmental impacts and reducing energy consumption through design, maintenance, operations and techniques.

Visualizing communities with environmentally-sensitive layouts, Ludemann practices conserving the natural habitat when planning and executing land developments by using eco-friendly building materials in construction and finding ways to create sustainable long-term solutions.

Twenty-five percent of the waste stream in the United States is from leftover building materials.  Unlike many developers, Ludemann recycles building scraps, requiring eco-friendly waste management.
