The website is a marketing tool intended to provide information for potential homebuyers who are looking for a home with an Uptown Charlotte address. The website features six floor plans, each including three different renderings to choose from, available in the Cottages on Commonwealth. The website is user-friendly, giving potential homebuyers access to pick their home and rendering. Directions to the Cottages on Commonwealth: Take 277 to Independence Boulevard, then head East on Independent Boulevard. Get off at North Wendover Street, you will be going South. At Monroe Road, turn left. Go East on Monroe, then turn left on Commonwealth Road, the Cottages on Commonwealth is on the left.
