Epic Community Marketing Engages Vizhun
Marketing as Communications Firm of Record

CHARLOTTE, North Carolina (September 15, 2008)—Epic Community Marketing, LLC, a LASH company has engaged Vizhun Marketing Inc. as its communications firm for the Epic community, which covers nearly 1,300 acres on the border of Cabarrus and Mecklenburg counties. Vizhun Marketing, a Charlotte-based award-winning communications firm, will be responsible for positioning of the Epic for the length of the development project.

Upon completion, the Epic will have approximately 3,000 homes, two commercial centers and an 18-hole Tom Fazio II golf course.

Work has begun on Founders Reserve, the gated estate community located on the current El Dorado Drive in the Epic. There are 33 homesites available for custom build opportunities with 57 more homesites to be ready before the end of the year. Lots are being sold to the public.

Founders Reserve is a private enclave of luxury homes on 42 acres. Most sites in Founders Reserve overlook the golf course. Homesites range in size from 12,000 to 15,000 square feet. One-story homes in Founders Reserve will have a minimum of 3,300 square feet while two-story and greater homes will have a minimum of 4,000 square feet.

The initial phase of retail includes 400,000 square feet at the entrance to the Epic and is expected to be completed within the next 12 months.
