Professional Life Coach Rob Dahlke Speaks to Carolina Business Leaders

CHARLOTTE, NC (April 25, 2008)—Rob Dahlke, president of Rite Solutions, Inc., will be the community guest at Carolina Business Leaders (CBL), a professional business and community development group, on Wednesday, April 30, 2008, at the Towne Tavern in Fort Mill at 7:45 a.m.

Dahlke’s real world expertise along with his contagious energy lifts business professionals to a higher level and becomes critical to the success of his client’s companies.  With over 20 years of sales and business experience, Dahlke has contributed to the success of many well-run organizations including:  Steelcase, Haworth, CBS/Viacom and Trainingscape.

Dahlke’s presentation is entitled, “Once You Get Who You Think is on the Bus, What's Next?”  He will focus on the following: the performance process, setting clear expectations, rewarding and praising the success millstones, and company development.

Carolina Business Leaders meet every Wednesday morning from 7:45 a.m. to approximately 9:00 a.m. to help increase business through referrals, word-of-mouth advertising and relationship marketing. Membership is limited to one person per professional specialty; however, local business owners are welcome to attend up to two meetings at no cost prior to applying for membership.
